Give your Passover menu a makeover this year with these easy-to-make Matzo S’mores!
Start with the s’mores staples: marshmallows, chocolate, and in this case, matzo. Break your matzo into s’more size squares and layer on the chocolate. Toast your marshmallow traditionally with a flame or under the oven broiler, place them on the chocolate, and add another matzo square to finish it off.
If you’re feeling extra creative this Passover, try drizzling melted chocolate over your matzo and let the squares refrigerate for about 5 minutes until set before building your s’more.
